Using Sakey

Sakey is a WhatsApp-first AI companion for adults: private chats, memory, and timely follow-ups. You are responsible for what you share, your account credentials, and any decisions you make after talking with Sakey.

Sakey is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency service. Conversations with an AI companion can feel supportive, but they are not professional care. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Account Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your account secure and use Sakey only in ways that do not harm other people or interfere with the service.

We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the product.

AI Conversations

Sakey uses artificial intelligence to reply in chat. Responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong for your situation. Do not rely on Sakey for diagnosis, crisis support, or decisions that require a qualified professional.

You keep ownership of the messages and reflections you provide. You give Sakey permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a material change affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice in the product or by email.
